And just like that, it’s already May. For this month’s issue, we’ve ventured back to our original setup with a selection of different themes.
This edition will take a look at leadership challenges after the pandemic eventually winds down. We’ll also discuss how futures thinking can be used to build resilience in a volatile world, and reflect on how business model innovation may help businesses – such as those in the industrial sector – recover. Additionally, we’ll touch upon the forgotten impact of design systems, and take a dive into customer segmentation as well as the importance of focusing on diversity and inclusion even during uncertain times.
