This month, we have some interesting news to share in the form of a new CEO announcement! In addition to that, you’ll also get a first look at the Inclusion canvas, our exciting new tool to support the creation of more inclusive products and services. We’ll also take to the skies and look at how satellites can help the energy sector monitor power lines, and learn how AI can support the daily work of journalists.

To support the daily work of journalists and make it easier for them to create articles that serve their readers, we have co-created an AI-driven insights tool together with our client Sanoma. It helps writers with everything from engaging headlines and seamless structures to essential terminology and enriching information – and the more it learns, the better it gets.
In the interest of helping teams create more inclusive products and services, we have come up with the Inclusion canvas – a free-to-use tool that aims to ensure the needs of different user groups are taken into account more systematically. We’ve also interviewed our Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Heidi Pech on the benefits of the canvas and why tools like this are needed.
